Singgih Wiryono, Dani Prabowo, Jakarta – The Civil Society Coalition for Security Sector Reform has alluded to West Java Governor Dedi Mulyadi's policy of sending troublesome students to Indonesian Military (TNI) barracks for guidance.

The government's policy of raising fuel (BBM) prices has attracted opposition from many parties with student groups in different parts of Indonesia holding demonstrations on Monday September 5 to articulate their opposition.

Public representatives supporting the Corruption Eradication Emergency Office have delivered 1,505 letters to President Joko "Jokowi" Widodo through the State Secretariat. The letters were received by the emergency office since it was opened on September 15.
