Because of this he said that he hopes that outstanding case which can be resolved.
AGO legal information centre chief Leonard Eben Ezer Simanjuntak says that the AGO will form a Gross Human Rights Violations Resolution Task Force under the authority of the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes [Yuspar] to conduct a problem, completion and settlement mitigation as well as a recommendation on how to resolve cases of past gross human rights violations.
"Pak [Mr] Attorney General plans to form a task force under the control of the deputy attorney general", said Simanjuntak at his office on Wednesday December 16.
As has been reported, when Widodo opened the AGO working meeting he asked the Attorney General to resolve outstanding past gross human rights violations.

"Cooperation with Komnas HAM needs to be more effective", said Widodo.
The day before, on December 15, Media Indonesia quoted Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes Yuspar as reiterating the AGO's long-standing position that the investigation dossiers on 13 cases of gross human rights violations investigated by Komnas HAM and submitted to the AGO have yet met the formal and material requirements for a criminal investigation and prosecution and have been returned to Komnas HAM so they can be completed.
